Every year I am asked to create a Stampin’ Up! In Color bookmark file. So, I am sharing my 2026-28 In Color Bookmarks using my PDF file that I created for this purpose. When you download the PDF file print it with the fit to page setting in the Adobe Acrobat on Basic White. All files are at the end of this post including a French version, as well as the files for the 2025-27 In Colors from last year.

For these bookmarks, I used four different bundles including Cutest Crew Bundle, Fragrant Layers Bundle, Sunset Coast Bundle (Sneak Peek) and Capturing Smiles Bundle, I had such a fun time making my bookmarks that I found I just kept going! Lol! Though I love the puppy version the best!
Close Up of Puppy Bookmark
I used the 2026–2028 In Colour Butterflies to decorate the Puppy version almost like the puppies are chasing them. For the other bookmarks, I used the 2026–2028 In Color Dots to decorate them.
Stampin’ Blends/Card Stock Bookmarks
For my next bookmark, I stamped the bird from the Cutest Crew in the new Basic Black Hybrid Stampin’ Pad and coloured them with my Blends. A die cut bird in a matching colour was centred over the stamp image. To decorate them, I added matching 2026–2028 In Color Dots.
Stampin’ Blends/Card Stock Bookmarks
Next, I stamped the large floral from the Fragrant Layers in Crumb Cake to create a no-lines effect. I wanted to create a soft subtle look allowing the colours to shine through. For these bookmark, I trimmed down the large stamped floral to 1-3/8” wide making sure that I centred over the flowers. Once I had the width, I trimmed each piece in sequence at ¾” tall.
Close Up of Fragrant Floral Colouring
I matted them with 7/8”x 1 ½” mats in matching colours and added a matching die cut flower and butterfly.
Easy Card Stock Bookmarks
For my last set of bookmarks, I cut a ½” x 11” strip of card stock for each colour. I glue them directly to the print out before cropping the bookmarks down. I them cut them apart creating 5 bookmarks. Fast and easy!

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! For the First Day of Summer, I am sharing My Summer Sailing Card using the Framed Scenes Bundle and the Sunrise Sailing Bundle by Stampin’ Up!
I was honoured to be asked to present my colouring techniques using Stampin’ Blends to 24 demonstrators at a Stampin’ Up! Play Date that was organized this past weekend by my team leaders. They asked me to demonstrate colouring a scene with Stampin’ Blends that could be used as a Father’s Day card and the Framed Scenes Bundle was perfect for this! I taught things like underpainting, tip-to-tip, colouring die cuts and so much more!
My card was used as my swap for the event, but not everyone participated in the swap. So, I created some simple bookmarks for the others so that they could explore using the Blends.

The Details of My Summer Sailing Card
For my card, I thought it would be fun to use a z-fold so that I could show off the gorgeous sailboat on the Sunrise Sailing Hybrid Embossing Folder.
I knew that I wanted the full sailboat to be on the inside of my card. So, I cut the Balmy Blue card stock and embossed it twice. Once so that the sailboat was centred on one piece of card stock. The second piece of card stock was embossed on the left side of the embossing folder parallel to where the first one was embossed…this allowed for a continuation of the waves from front to back of the card. There was a small amount of boat showing on the front piece, but the focal point covered it.
Top of Z-Fold Card
For my focal point, I placed it off centre to the left of the card so that the embossed boat can be seen peeking out from the inside layer. The Country Woods DSP created a perfect wooden frame around my colouring.
The sentiment was embossed in white and then the end was snipped at an angle.
The small sailboat and the trio of birds were added to the card to create interest and lead the eye inside the card. The finishing touch was three Riverside Irregular Pearls with one on the front and two on the inside panel.
My Colouring Techniques/Tipsfor My Summer Sailing Card
Underpainting
Underpainting is where a third colour is added to create extra depth especially in the shadows. For my colouring, I used Light Smoky Slate along the edges of the lighthouse where the shadows would be the darkest. Once I laid that colour down, I used the Dark Real Red to go over the Smoky Slate and extend it a little bit further into the highlight. Then, I added the Light Real Red and blended it into the dark. If your highlight is too dark, you can use the Color Lifter to lighten the highlight colour.
Tip-To-Tip
Tip-to-tip is where you take two colours that are different and apply one tip of the marker to the other one to transfer some colour.
For the reflection in the water, I used the Colour Lifter and rubbed it against the Dark Real Red marker to pick up a small amount of red. When I first applied the Color Lifter with the red to my image, it was the darkest. So, I used that for the shadows along the water edge and the edges of the lighthouse reflection. As I coloured, the red was used up until it was colourless. This created a highlight in the water to mirror the highlight in the lighthouse. Once, that was done, I just scribbled off on a piece of scrap paper to remove any red from the Color Lifter.

Colouring Die Cuts
One thing that most people don’t think about is colouring your die cuts with Stampin’ Blends to create dimension. For the sail of the boat, I used Light Smoky Slate and my Color Lifter. I coloured Light Smoky Slate triangles at the bottom of the sails to make them look like they are full. Then, I extended a line up the mast from the bottom to the top. Once that was done, I used my Color Lifter to soften the edges along the centre of the sail pushing the ink towards the lines (shadows) that I added.
Adding Texture to Leaves
For my trees, I decided to add texture with dots. First, I coloured the leaves in Light Old Olive and let it dry. It needed it to dry so that the dark would not bleed when added. Then, I used my Dark Old Olive and added random dots to the leaves making sure that where there were shadows, I concentrated my dots. At this point, the dots may look strange, like a polka dotted tree lol, but by going over them with the Light Old Olive next, it blended the edges of the Dark creating texture and dimension.
Blending from Colour to White
The final technique that I taught was how to blend from colour to white such as for the sky. I used Light Balmy Blue and edged my scene where the sky was on the image. Then, I used a flicking motion of my Light Balmy Blue marker from this line out to the white. This flicking allowed the marker to blend easier than if there was a solid line. Once that was done, I used my Colour Lifter and used circular motions along the edge where the blue ended, and the white began. This softened that edge creating a transition from colour to white.

Inks/Card Stock Bookmark – Version 1
For this bookmark, I used the new May release the Notes & Totes Bundle. I love this Bundle and some of the images and dies are the perfect size to use on the bookmarks.
Inks/Card Stock Bookmark – Version 1
So, I stamped all the suns except the Cloud Cover since it hasn’t been released yet. Stampin’ Up! is still working on the formula. Then, I die cut a shell from each colour card stock. The finishing touch was to use a matching 2025–2027 In Color Flat Pearls for each colour.

I love those cute sunglasses in the new May release the Notes & Totes Bundle so much that I had to create a bookmark using them!
Inks/Card Stock Bookmark – Version 2
So, I stamped the “sand speckles” twice in each colour as my backdrop. For the Cloud Cover one, I used my Cloud Cover Stampin’ Write Marker and coloured the stamp and then did the “Huff Technique” to moisten it. Lol! It didn’t come out perfect, but you can still see it. I added a die cut starfish in the appropriate card stock colours. Then, I die cut my glasses and framed them in Basic Black. To add some dimensions to the glasses, I added some shine using my inked Craft White Ink Pad and a Blender Pen. The finishing touch was to use a matching 2025–2027 In Color Flat Pearls for each colour.

For my next bookmark, I stamped in Memento Ink the flowers from the Lifetime of Love Stamp Set directly onto the bookmark and coloured them with the Stampin’ Write Markers. I coloured the flowers in the matching colours and used Shy Shamrock Stampin’ Write Marker for the leaves and Darling Duckling for the flower centres.

I had some die cut hearts leftover from the sunglasses in my previous bookmark. So, I place the matching coloured card stock hearts where appropriate. Finally, I add the smaller 2025–2027 In Color Flat Pearls for each colour.

Hello Crafty Friends! It’s Laurie here! I am sharing My Ruby Bookmark Card as my Design Team Inspiration Card for Conie Fong Art & Design using Dog with Bone and Candy Cane Bundle. This Bundle is so versatile! I used the Candy Cane Dog for a Christmas tag and now I’m using Dog with Bone for a bookmark! I will include a photo of my Christmas tag at the end of this post.
This Bundle includes 4 images:

The Details of My Ruby Bookmark Card
I made this bookmark card for a friend’s birthday who has a dog called Ruby. So, I coloured this cutie with my Copic markers to look like her dog.
My Ruby Bookmark
I thought it would be fun to give my friend a bookmark that she could use, but still wanted to create a card. So, I created a mini slimline card with a pocket on the front in which to slip the bookmark. I love how the puppy is peeking out of the pocket! Once I coloured this cutie, I had a lot of fun decorating my card and bookmark.
Bookmark in Pocket
For my card, I used the Slimline Tag dies from Marianne Design to create a pocket on the front. I decorated it with the puppy paws and hearts DSP. The sentiment was printed on my computer, punched out and placed with a doily behind it. I get a hoot out of the “Hot dog! It’s your birthday” from the Puppy Love paper! So, I placed it over the birthday part of the circular sentiment.
Bookmark Pulled Out
For my bookmark, I used the smaller Slimline Tags dies with the words and hearts from the Puppy Love paper. The doily gave a perfect backdrop to focus on my puppy! The puppy paws adhesive Gems added some fun bling. The tassel was from Christmas, but I thought that pop of colour was perfect for my colour scheme. So, I remove the Christmas charm and add some dog appropriate charms instead and tied it to my bookmark with some twine from my stash.
