Title 5 & 6: Daisy Flower Left JPG / PNG format
Title 7 & 8: Have A Mice Day! Sentiment JPG / PNG format
The Details of My Card
For my card, I decided to create a CAS (Clean and Simple) card using Daisy Mouse and a bouquet of daisies. It’s funny that I find making CAS so hard. I keep wanting to add things to it! Lol!
I knew that I wanted to create a mini slimline card with Daisy on one side and the bouquet of daisies on the other side with the sentiment. Once I laid out my design in Microsoft Word, I coloured the images with my Copic Markers. I thought colouring the daisies in yellow would have them pop off the white paper.
For embellishments, I only added some epoxy stickers that look like dew drops on a petal of each flower. To add a bit of sparkle, I used Clear Wink of Stella on Daisy’s bow on her tail.
I felt the card still needed a little something and decided to use a multi liner pen and a ruler to draw in a border around the whole card. I thought about free handing it but decided that I didn’t want to chance ruining my project! Lol! So, in the end, I found the straight lines helped to ground Daisy while adding a fun element!

The Details of My Card
I was having so much fun colouring this cutie with my Copic markers that I created two cards. I shared one already and will post a link at the end, but here is the other card that I promised.
For my card, I used the honeycomb quilt top die again, but this time I used the whole die and placed individual die cut honeycombs on top. Some I layered with dimesionals and other I adhered directly to the honeycomb quilt.
The Bundle comes with sentiments, but I wanted to heat emboss with white on black card stock. I love the contrast of white on black especially for my card! The honeycomb die set comes with individual dies that have a heart, star and hi. For the sentiment, I die cut the word “HI” off and used the “hi” honeycomb instead. So fun!
I used Clear Wink of Stella on the bee’s wings and Glossy Accents on the cherries. And a scattering of red rhinestones added some sparkle.
Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Rainy-Day Easter Cards using the Playing in the Rain Bundle by Stampin’ Up! This Bundle includes the Rain Stamp Set and the Playing in the Rain Dies.
The Details of My Cards
For my card, I decided to use the Playing in the Rain Dies to cut out the different animals from the DSP figuring you could use either the rabbit or the turtle for an Easter card. I love the glossy coating on this DSP. It adds a nice shine to the animals to make them stand out! The floral piece really makes the animals pop and creates a fun field of flowers behind them.
The Fabulous Frames Dies created a perfect vignette for my scene with the bridge, cloud and the grasses popping out of the frame!
To add a bit of interest to the Balmy Blue mat, I embossed it with the Raindrops Embossing Folder.
The clouds were stamped in Balmy Blue, and die cut out. I then used the different sizes for my cards.
The sentiment was stamped in Soft Suede and punched out with the Double Oval Punch. The Old Olive scallop mat was punched from the same punch. I love that you get two punches for one!
I couldn’t resist using the Dragonfly Trinkets to add a bit of whimsy to my card!

Hello Crafty Friends! It’s Laurie here! I am sharing My Hoppy Easter Card as my Design Team Inspiration Card for Paper Nest Dolls usingBunny Wagon.
The Details of My Card
I coloured this cutie with my Copic markers in bright Easter colours to match my Easter paper.
For my card, I decided to create several flags using the different papers in varying sizes at the top left and bottom right. I used my Punch to create my flags in the different widths.
The white background already had a texture to it, but I used a ruler and a multi liner to draw lines along the edges to add even more interest.
To highlight my focal point, I added a stitched circle in pink behind the Bunny Wagon.
The sentiment was stamped, and die cut with a stitched banner die which was cut off at the edge to match the other flags.
Star Dust Stickles was added to the heart on her dress. The only other embellishment was a scattering of sequins.

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Happy Easter Bunny Card using the Easter Bunny Stamp Set by Stampin’ Up!
The Details of My Cards
For my cards, I thought it would be fun to create a scene with the Easter Bunny peeking through the leaves from the Around the Bend Dies as he’s hiding his Easter eggs!
The Into the Clouds Embossing Folder created the perfect sky for my scene with a die cut white cloud adding some interest.
I decided to use the Parakeet Party In Color DSP as my grass and leaves using the Around the Bend Die. A scattering of die cut flowers were used to add colour and highlight the sentiment which was die cut from the Pretty Pillowbox Dies.
The bunny was stamped in black on Basic White showing that you don’t always need to color it to make it stand out.
A couple of Brass Butterflies were added to complete my scene.

Hello Crafty Friends! It’s Laurie here! I am sharing My Easter Bunny Trio Card as my Design Team Inspiration Card for Conie Fong Art & Design using the New Release Easter Rabbit Trio Bundle.
This Bundle includes 4 images:
Title 1: Easter Rabbit Trio
Title 2: Rabbit Holding Egg
Title 3: Rabbit Holding Daffodil
Title 4: Rabbit Holding Carrot
The Details of My Card
For my card, I thought I would create a fun Centre-Step card (downloadable template at end of post) with these three cuties on it! The bunnies come as individual images, but if you get the PNG versions, you can use Microsoft Word to place them together like I did. I made the Egg Bunny larger than the other two since he is in front of the other two.
Once I printed them out, I coloured them with my Copic markers. I decided to colour them in different colours since bunnies come in all sorts of colours and to distinguish them from each other. I coloured the Easter egg to match the purple paper with yellow to match the daffodil and orange to match the carrot. You could say that the Easter egg tied up my colour scheme in a bow.
I went with soft pastels of purples, yellows, and greens for my paper choices since they are the perfect Easter colors! The Wisteria Wonder Baker’s Twine tied in a bow behind my cuties added some interest to the yellow base. The sentiment piece was die cut with a 3” stitched circle die on the yellow paper from the Welcome Easter Paper Pad by Echo Park. The die cut sentiment was glued directly to the circle.
I used Clear Wink of Stella on the Easter egg to make it sparkle. A scattering of sequins was added to give even more sparkle.

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing my Oh, Happy Day Cards using the Rain or Shine Suite Collection by Stampin’ Up! I created two shaker cards. One was for a swap of the Mini Catalogue and the other was a faux-shaker card. Same design, but with different ways to make a shaker card.
The Details of My Cards
I had a lot of fun colouring this cute rabbit with my Stampin’ Blends! I coloured him with two different coloured shirts depending on the card. Once I finished colouring him, I die cut him out. Even though the bunny is splashing in a puddle on the stamp, the die just cuts him out making him more versatile. So, I decided that since he is bouncing with happiness that I would have him flying a kite.
My Swap Card Details
For my swap card, I made a traditional shaker card and used the kite die for my shaker part. Those Daisy Embellishments are so cute and perfect for a shaker! I backed my shaker part with a little DSP to add some visual interest.
To get the placement of the kite, I placed my die cut bunny and DSP circle and the Balmy Blue where I wanted them and then positioned my kite die. Using a post-it note, I secured the DSP, and the kite die to the Balmy Blue and then ran it through my die cutting machine. Once that was done, I pulled part the pieces and embossed the Balmy Blue piece with the Into the Clouds Embossing Folder.
For the shaker part, I used a piece of window sheet that I adhered to the back of the Balmy Blue over the kite opening. Next, I used the foam adhesive strips and manipulated them around my kite. These strips are perfect for a shaker card and so easy to use!
Tip
Once the adhesive strip is down, rub the embossing buddy that comes in the Embossing Additions Tool Kit along the edges. This will help with static and keeps the shaker pieces from sticking to the adhesive.
Next, I added my shaker elements to the centre of the window sheet on the back. I removed the backing from the adhesive strip and secured the DSP over top. I added more strips to add dimension around the edges of the Balmy Blue so that the card would keep its shape. This part is adhered to the Old Olive card base.
Once that was done, it was just a matter of adhering all the elements in place. A Whisper White bow was added as the tail of the kite. A few daises were added to the sentiment and one beside the tree stump.
Faux Shaker Card Details
A faux shaker card is super easy to make and so fun! For my Faux Shaker Card, I embossed the Balmy Blue and adhered it to the Old Olive mat. Next, I adhered the DSP circle, the stump and one of the clouds to the Balmy Blue.
Taking a Medium clear envelope, I slid this piece into it. I added my daisy shaker elements to the front on the envelope and sealed it. Using liquid glue, I adhered the envelope to the Thick Basic White card base.
Next, I added the sentiment and the kite with liquid glue to the front on my card. The bunny and the remaining clouds are popped up. A few daisies were added to the sentiment. Easy peasy!

Title 2: I Love You To The Moon And Back V1 Sentiment
Title 3: Love You To The Moon And Back V2 Sentiment
Title 4: Sweet Dreams Sentiment
Title 5: Hello Little One Sentiment
The Details of My Card
For my card, I decided to create a mini slimline card with this cutie on it. I love how Benji is just hanging out sleeping on his cloud! I coloured him with my Copic markers as a boy, but you can make a girl card or even gender neutral. It’s always good to have a stash of baby cards!
The Pebbles paper that I used had clouds and star constellations in very soft muted colours. Perfect for a baby card!
I decided to use the same scallop mini slimline die for all my pieces including the cloud paper and all 4 layers of clouds.
The stitched cloud dies created a wonderfully fluffy night sky. To frame Benji, I added clouds above and below him with the sentiment on the bottom cloud. Since it is a night sky, I added some star sprinkles around the sentiment.
To add sparkle to the moon and stars, I used Clear Wink of Stella on them.

Hello Crafty Friends! It’s Laurie here! I am sharing My Hap-Bee Birthday Card as my Design Team Inspiration Card for Conie Fong Art & Design using Cupcake Honey Bee and Sentiment Bundle.
This Bundle includes 6 images:

Title 2: For My Sweet Friend Sentiment PNG
Title 3: Hap-Bee Birthday PNG
Title 4: Sweet As Can Bee PNG
Title 5: Just Bee Cause PNG
Title 6: Just Bee Cause – Bold PNG
The Details of My Card
Conie Fong Art & Design has come out with several cute bee stamps in her New Release, and I couldn’t wait to colour this cutie up with my Copic markers! In fact, I coloured him twice and will share my other card in another post.
The Graphic 45 paper was perfect for my card with all the Bee sayings on it! I even had a strip of bees with honeycomb leftover from another bee card that I used to anchor my bee scene. The other card will be mentioned at the end of this post.
I couldn’t resist using the honeycomb cluster die on one side of my scene. To help balance out the layout, I used the fun sentiment “Hap-Bee Birthday”, a bee trinket and some red rhinestones on the other side.
I used Clear Wink of Stella on the bee’s wings and Glossy Accents on the cherries.
Hello Crafty Friends! It’s Laurie here to share my Love You More Than Lasagna Card! My brother recently had a birthday, and I decided to make a slimline card for him using the Friends Furever Stamp Set by Kindred Stamps!
When he was growing up, he loved anything Garfield! He even had a Garfield stuffy that he carried everywhere with him! I also think he loved lasagna more than Garfield! Lol! The inside sentiment of my card says, “I love you more than Lasagna!”.
The Details of My Card
I coloured Garfield and Odie with my Copic markers just like in the comics! In fact, I decided to use the Slimline Windows Dies for my card since it looked like a comic strip. I placed Garfield in the windows that have cat DSP behind him, and Odie has dog DSP behind him. The doghouse dies were from a limited-edition Kindred Stamps box. The doghouse fitted perfectly on my slimline card!
The sentiment “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks” was from the stamp set. My brother would get that kind of humour coming from Garfield regarding Odie. Since this was a birthday card, I added the Happy Birthday sentiment to the doghouse.
The only embellishments were the dog bone trinket and Baker’s Twine. I kept the Baker’s Twine long and glued it strategically in certain places to frame the corner and help the eye flow to the other windows.
Hello Crafty Friends! It’s Laurie here! I am sharing my Bee’s Knees Card as my Design Team Inspiration Card for Conie Fong Art & Design using the super cute Bee With Heart Bundle.
This Bundle includes 5 images:

Title 2: Bee With Heart – Girl (PNG)
Title 3: Flower Accessory for Bee (PNG)
Title 4: For My Sweet Friend Sentiment (PNG)
Title 5: Sending Hugs Sentiment (PNG)
The Details of My Card
These bees are such a fast colour with my Copic markers and perfect for a super cute Valentine card, but they could also be used for an anniversary, a wedding, even a birthday!
I decided to use the quilt top die and the individual hexagons that you can place where you want to create a fun shaker card. The Graphic 45 paper with the honeycomb pattern, bees and flowers made it feel like you are glimpsing into a busy hive. I used several different shaker elements, especially hearts, to tie in my Valentine theme.
The Bundle comes with sentiments, but I wanted to heat emboss with white on black card stock. I love the contrast of white on black especially for my card! The stamp comes with several great bee sentiments that can be used for all occasions, but I used one appropriate for a Valentine card.
I printed the Flower Accessory several times and coloured them with my Copic markers. To add depth to the flowers, I used an Embossing Stylus Tool and rolled it around the flowers on the Stampin’ Pierce Mat. This made the edges curl up to create dimension. The only embellishment I used was a bumblebee trinket. To add sparkle, I used Clear Wink of Stella on their wings and Stickles on the hearts that they carry.
For my card, I decided that I wanted to colour the bird with my Copic markers in blues instead of the traditional Robin colours. I thought it would be a fun way to show the versatility of the stamp. I had a lot of fun creating the texture of his feathers! Since some bird’s feathers take on a darker winter colour, I went with a tan colour for his white bib.
How to Create the Sky
For the sky, I had a background leftover from another card just sitting on my desk. So, I thought it would be a great way to use it! I just had to trim it down to fit my card. For my sky, I used my Distress Oxide Inks and my Mini Blending Tool starting with Fossilized Amber at the base of the paper, followed by Worn Lipstick, Wilted Violet, Broken China and Faded Jeans.
Once the colours were blended, I used my Splatter Tool dipped in Frost White Shimmer Paint and then in water to create snow.
Next, I layered the birch tree die on top. I love this die! It is perfect for mini slimline cards which are all the rage right now! I added a stitched snowy bank at the base of the card since the birch die doesn’t reach the bottom of the card. The snowy bank was the perfect platform for my die cut branch that the bird is perched on.
I wanted to tie in the bird’s berries and leaves with my sentiment. So, I printed another bird, but only coloured the berries and leaves and fussy cut them out. I then layered it behind the wooden star and sentiment. A strip of vellum that looks like snow anchors the sentiment piece. A piece of linen thread adds to the rustic wooden star.
To finish the card, I added some punched white glimmer snowflakes, glossy accents on the berries and Stardust Stickles on the hat trim.

Hello Crafty Friends! It’s Laurie here! I am sharing my Joy to the World Card as my Design Team Inspiration Card for Paper Nest Dolls usingPenguin Joy.
The Details of My Card
The Penguin Joy digital stamp comes horizontal, but I thought it would be fun to fussy cut them out and place them vertical like the penguin is balancing the letters. Then, I decided to create a slimline shaker card! Who doesn’t love a fun shaker card!
The slimline cloud die was perfect backdrop for my scene! I just had to add a snowbank that the penguin could balance on and that I could stamp my sentiment. Of course, I had to have some die cut snowflakes falling like on the DSP and to mirror the snowflake sequins. To add more shimmer, I adhered rhinestones to the centre of the die cut snowflakes.

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing my Furry & Bright Christmas Card using the Christmas Scottie Bundle which includes the Christmas Scottie Stamp Set and the Scottie Dog Punch by Stampin’ Up! Since today is National Dog Day, I thought it would be fun to post this cute card!
The Details of My Card
For my card, I pulled my colour scheme from the Sweetest Christmas DSP in Real Red, Garden Green and Pool Party.
I knew I wanted my tartan Scottie in red. So, I stamped the tartan in Real Red and punched him and the bow out. Punches make it so easy!
I love the iridescent foil of the Wonderful Snowflakes! I’m so glad that they carried over from last year! Tip: Don’t throw away any leftover sheets once you have used all the snowflakes. I used a small die to cut the snowflakes that I used on my card. This way they match the larger Wonderful Snowflake behind the dog.
For the Pool Party Stitched Rectangle, I stamped the snowflakes that come in the stamp set in Pool Party for a tone-on-tone look. The sentiment was stamped in Garden Green on a Basic White Stitched rectangle leaving enough room for the punched bow.
For embellishments, I used a bow of Garden Green on the Scottie dog, Red Rhinestones on the snowflakes and a scattering of sequins.

Hello Crafty Friends! Happy Canada Day to all my Canadian peeps! It’s Laurie here! I am sharing my mini slimline Happy Canada Day Card using Red, White & Pooh! Digital Stamp by Polka Dot Orchard.
The Details of My Card
I’m a big fan of Winnie the Pooh and when I saw this stamp, I couldn’t resist buying it and colouring it with my Copic markers on Canada Day!
I don’t have a lot of Canadian papers and embellishments, but the Celebrate Everything Designer Series Paper was perfect since it has a design with fireworks! The Canadian flag and Eh! Maple leaf are toppers for food that I repurpose for my card. I used my Gelly Roll Pen and a red rhinestone to add some sparkle to Piglet’s sparkler. A scattering of more red rhinestones tie in the Canadian theme.
