Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Mediterranean Hello Card using the Citrus Blooms Bundle which includes the Citrus Blooms Stamp Set and the matching Citrus Blooms Dies by Stampin’ Up! I was keen to use this Bundle. So, I created this card was for a swap that I participated in on the weekend.
The Details of My Mediterranean Hello Card
For my card, I loved the tile look of the Mediterranean Blooms Designer Series Paper and thought it would be a striking background for the die cut oranges from the DSP!
So, I decided to use the largest die from the Citrus Blooms Dies to create a base for my focal point. For this Basic White piece, I used the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder to add some texture and break up the white. This embossing folder went so well with my “tile” idea!
To add even more interested, I stamped the tilework image in Boho Blue in opposite corners on the Boho Blue card base.
The finishing touches were a linen thread bow on the oranges and a scattering of Opal Rounds.

Hello Crafty Friends! It’s Laurie here! One final mermaid card for MerMay from me! I am sharing My Shellabrate Birthday Card as my Design Team Inspiration Card for Paper Nest Dolls using Mermaid Ellie with Seahorse.
The Details of My Shellabrate Birthday Card
For my card, I decided to use the Mermaid Tales Collection Kit by Echo Park since it was perfect for my Mermaid theme! The Kit came with paper and stickers. So, I used the “Sparkle & Shine” sticker as well as the paper on my card. The Shellabrate flag was from the Mermaid Dreams Frames & Tags also by Echo Park.
Once I picked my papers, I used the colours from it to colour Ellie with my Copic markers. I used Clear Wink of Stella on her tail and on the fins of the seahorse to add some sparkle just like the sticker said!
Next, I added an angel fish die cut to match the fish in the paper, as well as a shell and seaweed beside the sticker to help ground her.
Finally, for embellishments, I added three dew drops that look like air bubbles to mirror the air bubble paper. I also added a black rhinestone for the fish’s eye.

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Let’s Catch Up Card using the Latte Love Bundle and the Coffee with Friends Stamp Set by Stampin’ Up! I thought it would be fun to combine them onto one card! They were just meant to be together! Lol!
The Details of My Let’s Catch Up Card
For my card, I decided to create a “polaroid” of the girls like a reminder for them to get together and catch up. As an alternative to colouring them, I embossed them with white embossing powder on Calypso Coral. Then, I die cut them out using the largest stitched square die from the Stylish Shapes Dies. I used Early Espresso for my first card but found it too dark (see top right card in photo below). So, I switched it up with the Calypso Coral. I tweaked another card (bottom) until I landed on my finished design (top left).
Since I made a “polaroid”, I had the perfect space to add the Lost Lagoon sentiment. For the Pecan Pie coffee drips, I stamped off before stamping them onto the Basic White so that they didn’t interfere with the other elements.
I loved that one of the Latte Love Dies cut out the coffee cups in the DSP! I made this card for a swap, and I had different coffee cups on my cards!
Next, I added a plaid flag with the Stylish Shapes Dies that had Calypso Coral in it to tie in my colour scheme and to balance the coffee cup.
I decided to place my focal point at an angle to fit all my elements onto the card. I layered this onto a piece of Pecan Pie that I embossed with the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder. You could also use the new So Swirly Embossing Folder, but I didn’t have that yet. Lol! Another piece of the DSP was placed so that it just peeked out from behind the focal point and tied in the Lost Lagoon colour.
Finally, I finished the card with a few Adhesive-Backed Swirl Dots to add a fun element to my card.
Supplies:
Stamps/Bundles/Dies: Latte Love Bundle (163461), Coffee with Friends Stamp Set (161389), Stylish Shapes Dies (159183)

Hello Crafty Friends! It’s Laurie here to share my Aim to Misbehave Card using Space Western Stamp Set by Kindred Stamps! This card was for a good friend’s birthday. I know he loves the TV show Firefly and the movie Serenity! So, I knew this stamp set would be perfect for him!
The Details of My Aim to Misbehave Card
For my card, I wanted to include all the characters on his card. So, I went with a fun fold that is called an Accordion fold which is a booklet that unfolds like an accordion! I have included a video at the end to show my card in action.
But first, I coloured all the characters with my Copic markers. Then, I cut them out with my Brother Scan n’ Cut. Once that was done, I built my booklet using the Accordion Template that I have included at the end of this post. I also created a belly band with the ship to keep my card closed.
Next, I decorated the pages with the Stargazing Designer Series Paper by Stampin’ Up! Perfect for my space theme! I even used the Reach for the Stars Dies by Stampin’ Up! for the Holographic stars and for my planet on the belly band.
I used three sentiments from the stamp set and I created the one on the inside with my computer and printed it out.
Since the card was so bulky already, the only embellishments I added were a scattering of Holographic die cuts throughout the booklet.
Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Happy Mail Card using the Sending Love Bundle and the Perennial Postage Dies by Stampin’ Up! I am so glad to see that both are carrying over to the new Annual Catty! However, the Bee Mine Designer Series Paper is retiring! So, if you want to get it, today is the last day!
The Details of My Happy Mail Card
For my card, I thought it would be fun to use the Perennial Postage Dies with the mailbox from the Sending Love Bundle! Who doesn’t love to get happy mail! So, I created a collage of DSP postage backgrounds for my mail elements. For the narrow postage die, I decided to stamp the franking stamp in Pool Party and then add the die cut Sent with Love Real Red sentiment with die cut hearts that match the DSP.
Next, I created an interactive mailbox with a repositionable Real Red flag using a round brad. I stamped the MAIL onto the mailbox in Real Red and added a Real Red post. I placed my mailbox at an angle so that the letter looks like it is falling out of the mailbox. Lol!
Don’t you just love the little letter that I die cut in more DSP. I couldn’t resist sealing it with an adhesive-backed heart!
The finishing touch was a few adhesive-backed flowers to add a fun element to my card.
Supplies:
Stamps/Bundles/Dies: Sending Love Bundle (162880), Perennial Postage Dies (162607)
Inks: Real Red (147084), Pool Party (147107)

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Birthday Notes Card using the Nature’s Sweetness Suite Collection which includes the Notes of Nature Bundle, the Lovely & Sweet Bundle, the Nature’s Sweetness 12” x 12” Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Adhesive-Backed Cork Rounds all by Stampin’ Up! As I was exploring this gorgeous Suite, I ended up making 2 cards. I used one card for a swap, and this is the second card that I created. I will include a link to the other card at the end of this post. Some of these items are retiring! So, make sure you shop before they are gone!
The Details of My Birthday Notes Card
Like the other card, I thought it would be fun to continue the distressed field journal idea for my card front.
First, I stamped the Field Notes in Pecan Pie and added some distressing with the grunge stamp in Pebbled Path on the Basic White “page”. I added a Pecan Pie tab at the top and the die cut holes like a spiral notebook. To add a worn look to the “page”, I spritzed it with water and crumpled it. Then, by placing dimensionals in strategic locations on my unraveled “page”, I was able to keep a lot of dimension in it.
The sentiment was stamped in Pecan Pie, and I used a Pebbled Path label to make it pop from the “page”.
For this card, I decided to use the cross hatch and the text pieces of the DSP to create a booklet look behind my journal. To match the gold accents on the DSP I added a strip of gold foil on my base and die cut leaves on the Field Notes “page”.
The finishing touch was a scattering of Adhesive-Backed Cork Rounds that come in the Nature’s Sweetness Suite Collection.
Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Kiddie Birthday Card using the Kiddin’ Around Bundle and the Just Kiddin’ 12” x 12” Designer Series Paper by Stampin’ Up! I am pleased to see that the Kiddin’ Around Stamp Set and the Kiddin’ Around Dies are carrying over to the new Catty! Yay!
I was honoured to be asked to present my colouring techniques using Stampin’ Blends to several demonstrators at a Stampin’ Up! Play Date. They asked me to demonstrate colouring people with Stampin’ Blends and the Kiddin’ Around Stamp Set was perfect for this! I made several cards for the event, and this was one of them. I will include a link to my other cards at the end of this post.
The Details of My Kiddie Birthday Card
For this card, I decided to use the castle dies with the little girl from the stamp set and created a focal point with the Deckled Circle Dies.
I used the Stampin’ Blends Medium Combo for her skin, Basic Black for her hair, Fresh Freesia, and Daffodil Delight for her dress. I created a fold in the centre of her dress by adding a small Fresh Freesia triangle to add interest. To add texture to her hair, I left some white highlights which I then coloured with the bullet tip of the Light Basic Black. I find that the felt tip is always darker than the bullet tip, thus making it great to add a third tone. You could also use the Smoky Slate for that third tone. I used Light Smoky Slate and Light Fresh Freesia for her mouth.
For her paper with her sun drawing, I used Light Smoky Slate along the top under her hand, left side and bottom of the page. Next, I used the Color Lifter along the edges of Smoky Slate to soften the edge and push the ink back into the shadows of the paper. I let that dry before adding the Daffodil Delight since I wanted control of the ink and for it not to spread. Wink of Stella was added to the sun.
The sentiment was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento and die cut with the Stylish Shapes Dies. Next, the stars were stamped in Daffodil Delight for a tone-on-tone look and to add interest on the Daffodil Card Stock.
Finally, to match my DSP colour that I used, I went with Berry Burst Glimmer Specialty Paper for the flag and banner.
As a finishing touch to my card, I added some Iridescent Foil Gems on either side of my focal point.
Supplies:
Stamps/Bundles/Dies: Kiddin’ Around Bundle (162839), Stylish Shapes Dies (159183), Deckled Circle Dies (162286)
Inks: Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad (132708), Daffodil Delight Classic Stampin’ Pad (147094)

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Lavender Birthday Card using the Hills of Tuscany Stamp Set by Stampin’ Up! I had so much fun creating the lavender fields in Provence for another card that I also made this mini slimline tri-fold window card! A link to the other card is included at the end of this post.
The Details of My Lavender Birthday Card
For my mini slimline card, I decided I wanted to create a three-panel card with the Provence scene peeking through the window on the front of my card.
First, I stamped the fields in Highland Heather followed by Gorgeous Grape to add interest to make it look like lavender. Next, I stamped Shaded Spruce trees on the opposite side of the springs of lavender on the front of the card to add balance. For the house, I used Crumb Cake for the walls and Copper Clay for the roof. I stamped the sky in Balmy Blue.
Once the stamping was done, I die cut the stamped piece out with the largest stitched rectangle from the Stylish Shapes Dies. I also used the same die for the front of the card’s window. Tip: adhere down the piece of DSP to the front before die cutting to get placement. Run the die through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine multiple times to cut both DSP and card stock.
Next, I stamped butterflies in Gorgeous Grape on the inside panel to add some interest to that panel.
To complete my Provencal theme, I die cut a bouquet of lavender with Highland Heather, Gorgeous Grape and Shaded Spruce which was tied with Linen Thread and placed beneath the sentiment on the front. The sentiment from the Throughout the Year Stamp Set was stamped in Gorgeous Grape and die cut out using a Perennial Postage Die.
The finishing touch was a scattering of Purple Fine Shimmer Gems to match my colour scheme.
Supplies:
Stamps/Bundles/Dies: Hills of Tuscany (162682), Throughout the Year Stamp Set (162312), Stylish Shapes Dies (159183), Perennial Postage Dies (162607), Painted Lavender Dies (162596), Painted Lavender Stamp Set (162594)

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Fishing Birthday Card using the Gone Fishing Bundle which includes the Gone Fishing Stamp Set and the Gone Fishing Dies by Stampin’ Up! I am so happy that this set is carrying over to the new Annual Catty!
The Details of My Fishing Birthday Card
This past weekend was my Father-in-law’s birthday and I decided to create a fun pop-up card with this bundle! I had a lot of fun decorating my tackle box and the front of the card!
Front of My Card
For the front of my card, I decided to use the tool box frame die and cut different pieces of DSP that represented my fishing theme. I used 4 different pieces of DSPs to fill the openings and the frame was from one of them being turned over.
For the sentiment, I stamped the “Let’s celebrate you!” from the Celebrate with You Tags Stamp Set in Misty Moonlight, die cut it with the Nested Essential Dies and matted it with a piece of Pebbled Path. The red/white baker’s twine was from my stash which I tied in a fun knot.
The die cut fishing rod from the retired Rugged Icon Dies was perfect for the theme of my card! So, I couldn’t resist using it and die cut it in the Galvanized Metallic Paper. I also cut it a second time so that I would have a Real Red fish to add interest.
A few fishing lures die cut in silver foil and a round float finished off the front of my card.
Inside of My Card
I had a lot of fun creating the inside of my card with the fun pop-up! If you want to learn how to make the pop-up mechanism, Rachel Tessman has a video.
Once I built my tackle box, I stamped and decorated it with the different pieces that come with the Gone Fishing Dies including another round float, lures, hooks, and all paraphernalia that a fisherman may need! Lol!
For the sentiment, I stamped the “Happy Birthday” from the Celebrate with You Tags Stamp Set in Misty Moonlight on Very Vanilla card stock and placed it on the top half of the inside of the card.
Hope you like My Fishing Birthday Card using the Gone Fishing Bundle which includes the Gone Fishing Stamp Set and the Gone Fishing Dies by Stampin’ Up!

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing my alternative Fancy Fold Step Card using the March 2024Memorable Meadows Paper Pumpkin. I have made this fun fold several times for different recipients, and it’s always Wowed them!
This Kit makes 9 cards of which I made three. I always like to make one set of the cards in the kit and then play with it to see what alternatives I can design.
I made a total of nine cards with six being alternatives. I had a lot of fun playing with this kit! My alternatives included a bridge card, a faux-centre step card, a z-fold card, a fancy fold step card and two others.
The Details of My Fancy Fold Step Card
For this fun-fold card, I used 3 card bases front and back from the Paper Pumpkin Kit. I loved that the card bases were printed with a continual scene from front to back! With some careful measuring, this made it easy to create my card.
Front of Card
To decorate the front of my card, I used the arch from the Garden Meadow Dies and one of the sheets from the Meandering Meadows 6” x 6” Designer Series Paper that had some Daffodil Delight on it. I knew I wanted to use the daffodil die from The Love of Spring Dies to decorate my inside. So, I wanted to bring this colour throughout my card. The Radiating Stitches Die was a perfect backdrop for my arched focal point!
I used the Adhesive-backed iridescent embellishments, the wooden tree, and some Adhesive-Backed Dragonflies & Birds to decorate my card front.
Inside of card
For the larger panels, I used the same card base for the panels that when folded are side by side. For example, I used the larger tree card base for the two front panels that are shown when the card is close. Then, I used the smaller panoramic card base for the two large inside panels. I trimmed the left and right card base sides at 2 ½” wide making sure I used the matching panels when they were adhered. I saved the scored pieces for the large squares. Luckily, the decorations hid the score lines well.
Next, I used the daisy card base for six of the small squares. I did not mat these since the squares are already so small. Again, I made sure to cut them so that they matched when laid down in a row. The centre square was left over from the scraps.
To decorate my card, I stamped the sentiments in Garden Green on the different precut pieces with gold foil. I layered the leaves and daffodils behind the two inside my card using the vellum pieces that come in the kit to accent them.
More adhesive-backed iridescent embellishments, Adhesive-Backed Dragonflies & Birds and two Paper Butterfly Accents were used to decorate the inside.
Supplies:
Stamps/Dies/Bundles: March 2024Memorable Meadows Paper Pumpkin, The Love of Spring Dies (164396), Garden Meadow Dies (162740), Radiating Stitches Dies (161595)

Hello Crafty Friends! It’s Laurie here! I am sharing My Ruby Bookmark Card as my Design Team Inspiration Card for Conie Fong Art & Design using Dog with Bone and Candy Cane Bundle. This Bundle is so versatile! I used the Candy Cane Dog for a Christmas tag and now I’m using Dog with Bone for a bookmark! I will include a photo of my Christmas tag at the end of this post.
This Bundle includes 4 images:
Title 1 and 2: Candy Cane Dog (PNG/JPG Format)
Title 3 and 4: Dog with Bone (PNG/JPG Format)
The Details of My Ruby Bookmark Card
I made this bookmark card for a friend’s birthday who has a dog called Ruby. So, I coloured this cutie with my Copic markers to look like her dog.
I thought it would be fun to give my friend a bookmark that she could use, but still wanted to create a card. So, I created a mini slimline card with a pocket on the front in which to slip the bookmark. I love how the puppy is peeking out of the pocket! Once I coloured this cutie, I had a lot of fun decorating my card and bookmark.
For my card, I used the Slimline Tag dies from Marianne Design to create a pocket on the front. I decorated it with the puppy paws and hearts DSP. The sentiment was printed on my computer, punched out and placed with a doily behind it. I get a hoot out of the “Hot dog! It’s your birthday” from the Puppy Love paper! So, I placed it over the birthday part of the circular sentiment.
For my bookmark, I used the smaller Slimline Tags dies with the words and hearts from the Puppy Love paper. The doily gave a perfect backdrop to focus on my puppy! The puppy paws adhesive Gems added some fun bling. The tassel was from Christmas, but I thought that pop of colour was perfect for my colour scheme. So, I remove the Christmas charm and add some dog appropriate charms instead and tied it to my bookmark with some twine from my stash.

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing my Light the Way Card using the Lighting the Way Stamp Set and the Lighting the Way Dies by Stampin’ Up! These are both set to retire end of this month. So, get yours while you can!
The Details of My Light the Way Card
This card was created for a swap, and I thought a split panel card with the lantern connecting the two pieces would be fun! I used a Window Sheet for the transparent window to give added stability.
For my card, I went with the Stargazing Designer Series Paper for the top half for the sky and the Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper for the bottom half for the ground. I die cut the fireflies in White Glimmer Specialty Paper and brushes some Crushed Curry to their tails to make them glow. Next, I embossed a trail of lights in the wake of the firefly on the Stargazing Designer Series Paper.
The lantern was die cut twice. Once in the Holographic Paper for the front and again in Basic Black for the back to give the lantern a finished look from inside. I added some vellum to the inside of the lantern on which I stamped the fire glow in Crushed Curry. A bow of Linen Thread added to the top of the lantern finished it off.
Tip: for the sentiment, adhere the Basic White piece inside and then using the Night of Navy card base pieces for placement, stamp the sentiment before decorating them.
Finally, to add a bit more magical shimmer, I used the Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels scattered around my lantern. These are also retiring. So, make sure you get them before they are gone.

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Field Notes Journal using the Nature’s Sweetness Suite Collection which includes the Notes of Nature Bundle, the Lovely & Sweet Bundle, the Nature’s Sweetness 12” x 12” Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Adhesive-Backed Cork Rounds all by Stampin’ Up! As I was exploring this gorgeous Suite, I ended up making 2 cards. I used this card for a swap, and I plan to share the other card at another time.
The Details of My Field Notes Journal
For my card, I thought it would be fun to create a distressed field journal of sorts for my card front with one of the pages “ripped out” filled with notes using the Notes of Nature Stamp Set. I even added a Pecan Pie tab at the top and the die cut holes like a spiral notebook.
First, I stamped the Field Notes in Pecan Pie and added some distressing with the grunge stamp in Pebbled Path on the Basic White “page”. To add a worn look to the “page”, I used a Blending Brush to brush some Pecan Pie ink along the edges.
Next, I stamped the crosshatch stamp in Pebbled Path in opposite corners on the card base for a tone-on-tone look. I thought that the Pecan Pie mat looked like the back of a leather covered notebook.
The sentiment was stamped in Pecan Pie, and I used a Pebbled Path label to make it pop from the “page”. The Basic White piece was also brushed with Pecan Pie ink for that worn look.
I love the beautiful Nature’s Sweetness Specialty Designer Series Paper with its gold accents. So, I decided to use different strips with the gold on my base. To match these strips, I die cut leaves in gold foil to give it unexpected shimmer to the Field Notes “pages”.
The finishing touch was a scattering of Adhesive-Backed Cork Rounds that come in the Nature’s Sweetness Suite Collection.
Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing my Kiddin’ Around Birthday Cards using the Kiddin’ Around Bundle and the Just Kiddin’ 12” x 12” Designer Series Paper by Stampin’ Up!
Play Date that was organized this past weekend by my team leaders. They asked me to demonstrate colouring people with Stampin’ Blends and the Kiddin’ Around Stamp Set was perfect for this!
The Details of My Kiddin’ Around Birthday Cards
For my Kiddin’ Around Birthday Cards, I thought it would be fun to use the same centre-step fun fold for all my cards with slight variations on decorating them. I only demonstrated the colouring of the little girl, but I decided to colour all the kiddies using the different Natural Tones Stampin’ Blends to give a good variation of skin tones for my presentation.
My Presentation Card
For the card that I presented, we used the Stampin’ Blends Medium Combo for her skin, Basic Black for her hair, Fresh Freesia, and Daffodil Delight for her dress. We created a fold in the centre of her dress by adding a small Fresh Freesia triangle to add interest. To add texture to her hair, we left some white highlights which we then coloured with the bullet tip of the Light Basic Black. I find that the felt tip is always darker than the bullet tip. Thus making it great to add a third tone. You could also use the Smoky Slate for that third tone. We used Light Smoky Slate and Light Fresh Freesia for her mouth.
For her paper with her sun drawing, we used Light Smoky Slate along the top under her hand, left side and bottom of the page. Next, we used the Color Lifter along the edges of Smoky Slate to soften the edge and push the ink back into the shadows of the paper. We let that dry before adding the Daffodil Delight since we wanted control of the ink and for it not to spread. We added Wink of Stella to the sun.
The Building of the Card
The sentiment was stamped in Fresh Freesia and die cut with the Stylish Shapes Dies.
To make her pop from the card, the Berry Burst card stock was embossed with the Splatters Embossing Folder and placed behind her. Perfect for my arts and crafts theme.
Finally, to match my dress colour, I went with a Fresh Freesia card base and followed the measurements in the template that I have included at the bottom of this post.
As a finishing touch to all my cards, I added some Iridescent Foil Gems near the sentiment on each card.

My Sailors Card
For my next card, I went with three different skin tones to show the diversity of the Natural Tones Stampin’ Blends. I used Medium Combo for the girl, Medium Light for the baby and Medium Deep for the boy.
To achieve the curly hair for the boy, I coloured his hair in Light Basic Black. Once it was dry, I added Dark Basic Black with little “c” squiggles all over but left some of the Light Basic Black showing through. The shadows on his paper hat were achieved the same way with the Light Smoky Slate as the girl’s paper above.
This girl’s hair was done with the same method as the first girl that I presented.
The other Stampin’ Blends colours that I used on this card were pulled from the DSP. They consisted of were Pool Party, Azure Afternoon, Calypso Coral, Daffodil Delight, Lemon Lime Twist, Fresh Freesia and Poppy Parade. Wink of Stella was added to the heart on the girl’s top.
For this card, I went with a Pool Party card base and used the dies from the Give It a Whirl Dies for the Basic White clouds on the side panels which I trimmed with my Paper Snips.

My Wizard Card
For my last card, I used the Stampin’ Blends Deep Combo for his skin tone.
To make his skin pop, I went with Lemon Lime Twist Blend Combo with Daffodil Delight for his hat and Azure Afternoon with Daffodil Delight for his robes. The bunny slippers were Smoky Slate with Fresh Freesia for the ears.
For this card, I went with a Lemon Lime Twist card base and used the castle dies that come in the Bundle to help ground my little guy. I thought that the DSP behind the castle looked like trees and gave the perfect backdrop to my castle.
Supplies:
Stamps/Bundles/Dies: Kiddin’ Around Bundle (162839), Stylish Shapes Dies (159183)
Inks: Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad (132708)

Hello Crafty Friends! It’s Laurie here! I am sharing My Birthday Celebration Card as my Design Team Inspiration Card for Conie Fong Art & Design using the sweet Winter Wendy. It was my birthday a while back and I decided to colour this cutie and make a card to celebrate it!
The Details of My Birthday Celebration Card
Since I used this stamp for my birthday card, I decided to colour Wendy to look like me when I had long hair. So, I pulled out my Copic markers and gave her brown hair and eyes. I picked the colours for her clothes from my paper choice. The pink was a bit tricky to colour, but I discovered by adding E04 to the RVs, it allowed the shadows of the pinks to match my paper.
For my card, I decided to create a mini slimline to match the shape of the large snowflake die. I thought it would be fun having her pop out of this die cut snowflake opening with its matching snowy paper. I added a few die cut Pool Party snowflakes to bring out the blue/green in my colouring.
The sentiment “Celebrating You Today” summed up my birthday theme perfectly! It was stamped in black and die cut with the matching flag die.
To add sparkle, I coloured rhinestones with my Copic markers to match my colour choice. I also used Star Dust Stickles on the Pool Party snowflakes and on her pompom.
