My Friendly Birthday Card

My Friendly Birthday Card - a birthday card with flowers
My Friendly Birthday Card

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Friendly Birthday Card using the Unbounded Love Bundle which includes the Unbounded Love Stamp Set and the Unbounded Love Dies by Stampin’ Up! I had a lot of fun playing with this bundle that I made 3 similar cards with slight variations. One was for a swap and the others were sent to a friend and my mom for their birthdays.

The Three Different Birthday Cards
The Three Different Cards

The Details of My Friendly Birthday Card

For my card, I thought I would create a fun gate fold card which incorporated a tab with the sentiment that wrapped around from one side.

So, I used the third largest Countryside Corners Die to die cut a piece of Petunia Pop which I embossed with the Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder. I though this embossing folder went well with the pretty colours and the carefree summeriness of my card. Once it was embossed, I used my Paper Trimmer to score the right side of the embossed piece to make it easy to fold over. I tucked this piece under the DSP to hide the edge.

The sentiment was stamped in Petunia Pop and die cut out with the pretty stitched oval. A couple of leaves were layered underneath making the sentiment look like a flower. Next, I added the white embossed “Friend” on a scrap of Pretty in Pink card stock to my sentiment cluster, but you could leave it off to make it more universal.

My Retirement Wishes Card

My Retirement Wishes Card - A retirement card with a trailer and a sunrise in the background
My Retirement Wishes Card

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Retirement Wishes Card using the Paradise Palms Stamp Set and the Tree Lot Dies by Stampin’ Up! with a beautiful Distressed Oxide Inks sunrise. I had a lot of fun creating this card for a friend who is retiring. She is planning to go touring for the summer with her trailer. So, I decided to create a fun pink (she is a pink kind of person) trailer on her card.

The Details of My Card

For my card, I decided to go with a mini slimline design so that I could really show off a beautiful sunrise with the Distress Oxide inks. Especially since this is all about driving off into the sunset to enjoy retirement!

Using my Blending Brushes, I blended the sky colours together in the order of Fossilized Amber, Worn Lipstick, Wilted Violet, Broken China and Faded Jeans on a piece of Basic White card stock. Once that was done, I created a Crumb Cake sand hill with one of the Slimline Stitched Hillside Border Dies. I used this for placement as I stamped my palm trees and seagulls in Early Espresso onto my sky piece. Next, I adhered the sand hill down and die cut everything at the same time with a mini slimline stitched die.

The sentiment was stamped in Black Onyx Versafine Ink and die cut with one of the flags from the Stylish Shapes Dies. Since I wanted this to hang over the edge of the sky piece and match up with my Basic White mat, I used my Paper Snips to cut off the edge.

Now, it was time to build my trailer with all the different dies. I loved this cute trailer once it was built! I also couldn’t resist adding some Pretty in Pink glimmer flags to match the trailer since we were celebrating!

Finally, the finishing touch was a couple of Pretty in Pink Shimmer Gems placed around my sentiment.

My Adventurous Birthday Card

My Adventurous Birthday Card - a birthday card with an airplane on it
My Adventurous Birthday Card

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Adventurous Birthday Card using the Take to the Sky Suite Collection which includes the Adventurous Sky Bundle, Take to the Sky Designer Series Paper and the Industrial Trinkets by Stampin’ Up! I love this masculine Suite and decided to use it for a new Annual Catalogue Swap.

The Details of My Adventurous Birthday Card

For my card, I knew that I wanted to use the airplane dies to build my own airplane! One of the cards in the Annual Catalogue used DSP for the airplane’s body making it look like rivets. So, I decided to use that DSP and went with Copper Clay card stock for the other die piece for a “wooden” look. Plus, the Copper Clay matched the DSP flag behind the sentiment. Finally, I used a scrap of the tungsten colour from the Textured Metallic Specialty Paper which added a shimmer to the propeller.

Once my airplane was built, I worked on my sky by using the largest stitched circle from Stylish Shapes Dies to die cut my cloud DSP. I stamped the different clouds in Boho Blue, die cut them out and scattered them around my cloud DSP.

Next, I stamped the sentiment in Night of Navy and die cut it out with the flag from the Adventurous Sky Dies. This sentiment piece was layered on top of a DSP flag that tied in the colour scheme of the airplane.

All of this was mounted onto Night of Navy card stock that was embossed by the So Swirly Embossing Folder. Don’t you think that the swirls give the feeling of air currents and movement!

The finishing touch was a single Industrial Trinket added beneath the focal point.

Best Father’s Day Card

Best Father’s Day Card - a Father's Day card with two trees in a circle
Best Father’s Day Card

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing my Best Father’s Day Card using The Best There Is May 2024 Paper Pumpkin by Stampin’ Up!

The Details of My Alternative Cards

I had so much fun playing with the kit that I made the 3 cards in the kit. This kit’s wood grain textured designs are perfect for making masculine and all-occasion cards.

3 cards from the Kit
Cards in The Best There Is May 2024 Paper Pumpkin

In addition to them, I also made 6 alternative cards that included 3 thank you cards, a sympathy card, a birthday card and a Father’s Day card. For 4 of the cards, I also use the Add-on Thanks & Beyond Dies. Please see them below.

There thank you cards and sympathy card
My Alternative Cards

The Details of My Best Father’s Day Card

For my final two cards, I thought I would go into more in-depth details. I decided to create a Flippy Fun Fold card that was sure to wow! I made a Father’s Day card using the stamp in the kit and a birthday card using the Throughout the Year Stamp Set.

A Father's Day Card and Birthday Card
Best Father’s Day Card

The largest of the circles from the Stylish Shaped Dies fitted the preprinted tree circle perfectly with a nice border! So, I die cut the circle from the Misty Moonlight card base towards the top to leave enough space for my sentiment. Next, I die cut a circle from Early Espresso on which I mounted the preprinted tree circle.

Inside of My Best Father’s Day Card

For my inside, I cut and scored a Basic Beige card base according to the instructions below. I adhered this card base to the Misty Moonlight card base with the larger panel at the back and the smaller tab panel at the front. Note: make sure you only add glue to the top and bottom of the small tab panel. You will see the smaller tab panel showing through the die cut circle. Using my Paper Snips, I cut where the small tab panel over lapped the circle on the front and adhered that to the back of the larger panel thus hiding it.

Next, I decorated the inside with the striped paper and the Early Espresso mats. For the Basic White panel, I stamped in Early Espresso the trees that came in the Kit to match the trees on the preprinted circle and then matted it with the Early Espresso mat.

Once the inside was done, I closed my card, added glue to only the part of the panel that can be seen through the die cut circle and adhered the Early Espresso circle in place.

Finally, I added a couple of strips to my sentiment piece to tie in the inside papers and to balance out my circle focal point.

The finishing touch was to add some Adhesive-Backed Textured Dots to my card.

My Mediterranean Hello Card

My Mediterranean Hello Card - a card with oranges and tiles paper that says Hello
My Mediterranean Hello Card

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Mediterranean Hello Card using the Citrus Blooms Bundle which includes the Citrus Blooms Stamp Set and the matching Citrus Blooms Dies by Stampin’ Up! I was keen to use this Bundle. So, I created this card was for a swap that I participated in on the weekend.

The Details of My Mediterranean Hello Card

For my card, I loved the tile look of the Mediterranean Blooms Designer Series Paper and thought it would be a striking background for the die cut oranges from the DSP!

So, I decided to use the largest die from the Citrus Blooms Dies to create a base for my focal point. For this Basic White piece, I used the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder to add some texture and break up the white. This embossing folder went so well with my “tile” idea!

To add even more interested, I stamped the tilework image in Boho Blue in opposite corners on the Boho Blue card base.

The finishing touches were a linen thread bow on the oranges and a scattering of Opal Rounds.

My Let’s Catch Up Card

My Let’s Catch Up Card - a card with two ladies enjoying coffees
My Let’s Catch Up Card

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Let’s Catch Up Card using the Latte Love Bundle and the Coffee with Friends Stamp Set by Stampin’ Up! I thought it would be fun to combine them onto one card! They were just meant to be together! Lol!

The Details of My Let’s Catch Up Card

For my card, I decided to create a “polaroid” of the girls like a reminder for them to get together and catch up. As an alternative to colouring them, I embossed them with white embossing powder on Calypso Coral. Then, I die cut them out using the largest stitched square die from the Stylish Shapes Dies. I used Early Espresso for my first card but found it too dark (see top right card in photo below). So, I switched it up with the Calypso Coral. I tweaked another card (bottom) until I landed on my finished design (top left).

Different Variations of my Card
Different Variations of my Card

Since I made a “polaroid”, I had the perfect space to add the Lost Lagoon sentiment. For the Pecan Pie coffee drips, I stamped off before stamping them onto the Basic White so that they didn’t interfere with the other elements.

I loved that one of the Latte Love Dies cut out the coffee cups in the DSP! I made this card for a swap, and I had different coffee cups on my cards!

My Swap Cards
My Swap Cards

Next, I added a plaid flag with the Stylish Shapes Dies that had Calypso Coral in it to tie in my colour scheme and to balance the coffee cup.

I decided to place my focal point at an angle to fit all my elements onto the card. I layered this onto a piece of Pecan Pie that I embossed with the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder. You could also use the new So Swirly Embossing Folder, but I didn’t have that yet. Lol! Another piece of the DSP was placed so that it just peeked out from behind the focal point and tied in the Lost Lagoon colour.

Finally, I finished the card with a few Adhesive-Backed Swirl Dots to add a fun element to my card.

Supplies:

Stamps/Bundles/Dies: Latte Love Bundle (163461), Coffee with Friends Stamp Set (161389), Stylish Shapes Dies (159183)

Inks: Lost Lagoon (161678), Pecan Pie (161665), VersaMark Ink (102283)

Best Day Ever Card

Best Day Ever Card - a card with different coloured flags to celebrate
Best Day Ever Card

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! Happy Annual 2024-25 Catalogue Day! I am sharing my Best Day Ever Card using the Online Exclusive Happy Little Things Bundle which includes the Happy Little Things Stamp Set and the Happy Little Things Dies by Stampin’ Up!

The Details of My Best Day Ever Card

For my card, I thought it would be fun to CASE (Copy and Share Everything) the card that is on the website for the Happy Little Things Bundle but change it up and put my own twist on it by tweaking it with the new 2024–2026 In Color Designer Series Paper and the new Basic Beige to celebrate the launch of the new Annual 2024-25 Catalogue.

So, I stamped the “Celebrate” in Memento first and then in Basic Beige. I found since the Basic Beige is so light that I had to do it in this order. Next, I stamped the heat embossed sentiment on Basic Black and used my white embossing powder and heat tool. This sentiment was die cut using the smaller die in the Happy Little Things Bundle. The final stamping was the Basic Beige in opposite corners on the Basic White card stock.

Next, I die cut a strip from each of the In Colors DSPs using the larger flag in the die set. To line the flags up, I used my grid paper with a ¼” separation between the colours. I added seal to the back of the “Celebrate” sentiment and laid it across the DSP making sure that it was towards the top of the centre point to help with the balance of my focal point. I added dimensionals to the back of the DSP and laid it onto the Basic White piece.

Finally, I added a mini dimensionals on each of the 3 right flags directly beneath the “Celebrate” sentiment for the overlapping Basic Black sentiment.

The finishing touch was to add one of each color of the 2024–2026 In Color Shimmer Gems to my card.

My Happy Mail Card

My Happy Mail Card - a card with a letter sticking out of a mailbox.
My Happy Mail Card

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Happy Mail Card using the Sending Love Bundle and the Perennial Postage Dies by Stampin’ Up! I am so glad to see that both are carrying over to the new Annual Catty! However, the Bee Mine Designer Series Paper is retiring! So, if you want to get it, today is the last day!

The Details of My Happy Mail Card

For my card, I thought it would be fun to use the Perennial Postage Dies with the mailbox from the Sending Love Bundle! Who doesn’t love to get happy mail! So, I created a collage of DSP postage backgrounds for my mail elements. For the narrow postage die, I decided to stamp the franking stamp in Pool Party and then add the die cut Sent with Love Real Red sentiment with die cut hearts that match the DSP.

Next, I created an interactive mailbox with a repositionable Real Red flag using a round brad. I stamped the MAIL onto the mailbox in Real Red and added a Real Red post. I placed my mailbox at an angle so that the letter looks like it is falling out of the mailbox. Lol!

Don’t you just love the little letter that I die cut in more DSP. I couldn’t resist sealing it with an adhesive-backed heart!

The finishing touch was a few adhesive-backed flowers to add a fun element to my card.

My Birthday Notes Card

My Birthday Notes Card - a birthday card with a journal page on the front
My Birthday Notes Card

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Birthday Notes Card using the Nature’s Sweetness Suite Collection which includes the Notes of Nature Bundle, the Lovely & Sweet Bundle, the Nature’s Sweetness 12” x 12” Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Adhesive-Backed Cork Rounds all by Stampin’ Up! As I was exploring this gorgeous Suite, I ended up making 2 cards. I used one card for a swap, and this is the second card that I created. I will include a link to the other card at the end of this post. Some of these items are retiring! So, make sure you shop before they are gone!

The Details of My Birthday Notes Card

Like the other card, I thought it would be fun to continue the distressed field journal idea for my card front.

First, I stamped the Field Notes in Pecan Pie and added some distressing with the grunge stamp in Pebbled Path on the Basic White “page”. I added a Pecan Pie tab at the top and the die cut holes like a spiral notebook. To add a worn look to the “page”, I spritzed it with water and crumpled it. Then, by placing dimensionals in strategic locations on my unraveled “page”, I was able to keep a lot of dimension in it.

The sentiment was stamped in Pecan Pie, and I used a Pebbled Path label to make it pop from the “page”.

For this card, I decided to use the cross hatch and the text pieces of the DSP to create a booklet look behind my journal. To match the gold accents on the DSP I added a strip of gold foil on my base and die cut leaves on the Field Notes “page”.

The finishing touch was a scattering of Adhesive-Backed Cork Rounds that come in the Nature’s Sweetness Suite Collection.

My Kiddie Birthday Card - a birthday card with a little girl holding a drawing of a sun
My Kiddie Birthday Card

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Kiddie Birthday Card using the Kiddin’ Around Bundle and the Just Kiddin’ 12” x 12” Designer Series Paper by Stampin’ Up! I am pleased to see that the Kiddin’ Around Stamp Set and the Kiddin’ Around Dies are carrying over to the new Catty! Yay!

I was honoured to be asked to present my colouring techniques using Stampin’ Blends to several demonstrators at a Stampin’ Up! Play Date. They asked me to demonstrate colouring people with Stampin’ Blends and the Kiddin’ Around Stamp Set was perfect for this! I made several cards for the event, and this was one of them. I will include a link to my other cards at the end of this post.

The Details of My Kiddie Birthday Card

For this card, I decided to use the castle dies with the little girl from the stamp set and created a focal point with the Deckled Circle Dies.

I used the Stampin’ Blends Medium Combo for her skin, Basic Black for her hair, Fresh Freesia, and Daffodil Delight for her dress. I created a fold in the centre of her dress by adding a small Fresh Freesia triangle to add interest. To add texture to her hair, I left some white highlights which I then coloured with the bullet tip of the Light Basic Black. I find that the felt tip is always darker than the bullet tip, thus making it great to add a third tone. You could also use the Smoky Slate for that third tone. I used Light Smoky Slate and Light Fresh Freesia for her mouth.

For her paper with her sun drawing, I used Light Smoky Slate along the top under her hand, left side and bottom of the page. Next, I used the Color Lifter along the edges of Smoky Slate to soften the edge and push the ink back into the shadows of the paper. I let that dry before adding the Daffodil Delight since I wanted control of the ink and for it not to spread. Wink of Stella was added to the sun.

The sentiment was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento and die cut with the Stylish Shapes Dies. Next, the stars were stamped in Daffodil Delight for a tone-on-tone look and to add interest on the Daffodil Card Stock.

Finally, to match my DSP colour that I used, I went with Berry Burst Glimmer Specialty Paper for the flag and banner.

As a finishing touch to my card, I added some Iridescent Foil Gems on either side of my focal point.

My Lantern Window Card

My Lantern Window Card - a thank you card with a lantern in a window
My Lantern Window Card

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Lantern Window Card using the Lighting the Way Stamp Set and the Lighting the Way Dies by Stampin’ Up!

The Details of My Lantern Window Card

For my card, I decided to create a Window Double Open Fun Fold that allowed the gorgeous Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper to show through behind the beautiful lantern.

First, I stamped the trail of lights in Gorgeous Grape on the card base for a tone-on-tone look.

Next, I used with the Deckle Circle Dies to create my window frame. Tip: add glue along the edge of the larger Crumb Cake die cut circle and adhere to the Gorgeous Grape card base before cutting out the circle centre. Then cut out both at the same time so that everything lines up.

I die cut the fireflies in White Glimmer Specialty Paper and brushes some Crushed Curry to their tails to make them glow. I placed the two on the front of the card following the trail of lights and one on the inside showing through the window.

Inside of Card showing floral paper
Inside of Card

The lantern was die cut twice in the Holographic Paper for the front and for the back to give the lantern a finished look from inside. I added some vellum to the inside of the lantern on which I stamped the fire glow in Crushed Curry.

The embossed sentiment helped to hold the lantern in place while a bow of Linen Thread and a glue dot anchored the top of the lantern.

For the inside of the card, I created the double open part by adhering the Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper to folded Basic White card stock. Thus, creating a perfect place to write your message.

My Lavender Birthday Card

My Lavender Birthday Card - a birthday card with a Provençal theme of lavender fields scene
My Lavender Birthday Card

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Lavender Birthday Card using the Hills of Tuscany Stamp Set by Stampin’ Up! I had so much fun creating the lavender fields in Provence for another card that I also made this mini slimline tri-fold window card! A link to the other card is included at the end of this post.

The Details of My Lavender Birthday Card

For my mini slimline card, I decided I wanted to create a three-panel card with the Provence scene peeking through the window on the front of my card.

Close Up of Scene
Close Up of Scene

First, I stamped the fields in Highland Heather followed by Gorgeous Grape to add interest to make it look like lavender. Next, I stamped Shaded Spruce trees on the opposite side of the springs of lavender on the front of the card to add balance. For the house, I used Crumb Cake for the walls and Copper Clay for the roof. I stamped the sky in Balmy Blue.

Inside of card with the scene
Second Panel of Card

Once the stamping was done, I die cut the stamped piece out with the largest stitched rectangle from the Stylish Shapes Dies. I also used the same die for the front of the card’s window. Tip: adhere down the piece of DSP to the front before die cutting to get placement. Run the die through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine multiple times to cut both DSP and card stock.

Next, I stamped butterflies in Gorgeous Grape on the inside panel to add some interest to that panel.

Third Panel of Card
Third Panel of Card

To complete my Provencal theme, I die cut a bouquet of lavender with Highland Heather, Gorgeous Grape and Shaded Spruce which was tied with Linen Thread and placed beneath the sentiment on the front. The sentiment from the Throughout the Year Stamp Set was stamped in Gorgeous Grape and die cut out using a Perennial Postage Die.

The finishing touch was a scattering of Purple Fine Shimmer Gems to match my colour scheme.

Supplies:

2024-26 In Color Bookmarks

Every year I am asked to create a Stampin’ Up! In Color bookmark file. So, I am sharing my 2024-26 In Color Bookmarks using my PDF file that I created for this purpose. When you download the PDF files print them with the fit to page setting in the Adobe Acrobat on Basic White. All files are at the end of this post including a French version, as well as the files for the 2023-25 In Colors from last year. Don’t you just love these pretty new In Colors!

For this bookmark, I used the coffee drips stamp from the Latte Love Stamp Set to stamp my In Colors. Next, I die cut the coffee cups using the Latte Love Dies from the card stock. To balance out the coffee cups, I added the large size 2024–2026 In Color Shimmer Gems.

For my next bookmark, I stamped in Memento Ink the flowers from the Lifetime of Love Stamp Set on Basic White. Using the Stampin’ Blends Markers (you could also use Stampin’ Write Markers), I coloured the flowers in the matching colours and used Old Olive Stampin’ Blends for the leaves. I used the matching Lifetime of Love Die to cut them out. Next, I die cut the leaf from the Lifetime of Love Die in the matching colours and tucked them behind the flowers. Finally, I add the smaller 2024–2026 In Color Shimmer Gems.

My Fishing Birthday Card

My Fishing Birthday Card - a birthday card that has a fishing theme with a fishing rod and tackle
My Fishing Birthday Card

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing My Fishing Birthday Card using the Gone Fishing Bundle which includes the Gone Fishing Stamp Set and the Gone Fishing Dies by Stampin’ Up! I am so happy that this set is carrying over to the new Annual Catty!

The Details of My Fishing Birthday Card

This past weekend was my Father-in-law’s birthday and I decided to create a fun pop-up card with this bundle! I had a lot of fun decorating my tackle box and the front of the card!

Front of My Card

For the front of my card, I decided to use the tool box frame die and cut different pieces of DSP that represented my fishing theme. I used 4 different pieces of DSPs to fill the openings and the frame was from one of them being turned over.

Close Up of Front of Card
Close Up of Front of Card

For the sentiment, I stamped the “Let’s celebrate you!” from the Celebrate with You Tags Stamp Set in Misty Moonlight, die cut it with the Nested Essential Dies and matted it with a piece of Pebbled Path. The red/white baker’s twine was from my stash which I tied in a fun knot.

The die cut fishing rod from the retired Rugged Icon Dies was perfect for the theme of my card! So, I couldn’t resist using it and die cut it in the Galvanized Metallic Paper. I also cut it a second time so that I would have a Real Red fish to add interest.

A few fishing lures die cut in silver foil and a round float finished off the front of my card.

Inside of My Card

I had a lot of fun creating the inside of my card with the fun pop-up! If you want to learn how to make the pop-up mechanism, Rachel Tessman has a video.

Once I built my tackle box, I stamped and decorated it with the different pieces that come with the Gone Fishing Dies including another round float, lures, hooks, and all paraphernalia that a fisherman may need! Lol!

For the sentiment, I stamped the “Happy Birthday” from the Celebrate with You Tags Stamp Set in Misty Moonlight on Very Vanilla card stock and placed it on the top half of the inside of the card.

Fancy Fold Step Card

Fancy Fold Step Card - a birthday card that has lots of folds
Fancy Fold Step Card

Hello Crafty Friends! Laurie here again! I am sharing my alternative Fancy Fold Step Card using the March 2024 Memorable Meadows Paper Pumpkin. I have made this fun fold several times for different recipients, and it’s always Wowed them!

This Kit makes 9 cards of which I made three. I always like to make one set of the cards in the kit and then play with it to see what alternatives I can design.

Three cards made by a Kit
Cards from March 2024 Memorable Meadows Paper Pumpkin Kit

I made a total of nine cards with six being alternatives. I had a lot of fun playing with this kit! My alternatives included a bridge card, a faux-centre step card, a z-fold card, a fancy fold step card and two others.

My Other Alternative Cards
My Other Alternative Cards

The Details of My Fancy Fold Step Card

For this fun-fold card, I used 3 card bases front and back from the Paper Pumpkin Kit. I loved that the card bases were printed with a continual scene from front to back! With some careful measuring, this made it easy to create my card.

Front of Card

To decorate the front of my card, I used the arch from the Garden Meadow Dies and one of the sheets from the Meandering Meadows 6” x 6” Designer Series Paper that had some Daffodil Delight on it. I knew I wanted to use the daffodil die from The Love of Spring Dies to decorate my inside. So, I wanted to bring this colour throughout my card. The Radiating Stitches Die was a perfect backdrop for my arched focal point!

Front of My Card
Front of My Card

I used the Adhesive-backed iridescent embellishments, the wooden tree, and some Adhesive-Backed Dragonflies & Birds to decorate my card front.

Inside of card

For the larger panels, I used the same card base for the panels that when folded are side by side. For example, I used the larger tree card base for the two front panels that are shown when the card is close. Then, I used the smaller panoramic card base for the two large inside panels. I trimmed the left and right card base sides at 2 ½” wide making sure I used the matching panels when they were adhered. I saved the scored pieces for the large squares. Luckily, the decorations hid the score lines well.

First Opening of Inside of Card
First Opening of Inside of Card

Next, I used the daisy card base for six of the small squares. I did not mat these since the squares are already so small. Again, I made sure to cut them so that they matched when laid down in a row. The centre square was left over from the scraps.

Second Opening of Inside of Card

To decorate my card, I stamped the sentiments in Garden Green on the different precut pieces with gold foil. I layered the leaves and daffodils behind the two inside my card using the vellum pieces that come in the kit to accent them.

More adhesive-backed iridescent embellishments, Adhesive-Backed Dragonflies & Birds and two Paper Butterfly Accents were used to decorate the inside.
